Just today, a client with a sushi restaurant requested an environmental monitoring system that would allow him to take temperature logs of his food products. Anytime a customer consumes his food, then makes an accusation that the restaurant’s food made them sick, the owner can open up the temperature logs to observe that the temperatures were in accordance with safe food practices.
